When should I eat NOKA?

Noka is an extremely versatile snack that's a great option for breakfast on-the-go, a healthy work snack, workout snack, and trail snack (running, hiking, biking, etc).

Is Noka for kids or adults?

Noka is a healthy snack for both kids and adults. 

How is Noka different than other pouches?

Most pouches are made with a single fruit or two and that's it. Noka's smoothies are packed full of nutrition including a variety of fruits, plant protein, prebiotic fiber for gut health, good fats like omega-3s from flax for brain and eye health, vitamins and minerals. 

Is Noka good for sports?

Absolutely! Noka's smoothies deliver simple carbs from fruit to give you the energy you need, plus other vital nutrients to aid recovery. Noka is also a great option for sports because it's natural, light and refreshing compared to dry heavy bars and sticky synthetic goos. 

Why all the fuss about superfoods?

We try to incorporate as many superfoods as we can because of their incredibly high nutritional profiles and the extensive body of research that supports the health benefits of eating foods found in nature versus supplements. We also love the stories behind many of our superfoods like Maqui Berry, which has been harvested by the Mapuche Indians in Patagonia for thousands of years and is credited with giving their warriors extraordinary strength and stamina.

What are the benefits of Brown Rice Protein?

Our Superfood Smoothies have 5g of organic brown rice protein -- a great plant based source of protein. Clinical trials show that brown rice protein is as effective as whey protein at building muscles, decreasing fat mass and aiding recovery. Our brown rice protein is organic and non-GMO. 

What are the benefits of Flax Seed?

Flax seed is an excellent source of fiber and Omega-3 essential fatty acids that your body does not naturally produce and relies on you to get from food. Omega-3’s are crucial for brain function and they have a plethora of other health benefits such as lowering the risk of chronic diseases and promoting the healthy development of infants during and after pregnancy.

Does Noka need to be refrigerated?

No, our smoothies do not need to be refrigerated, so you can keep or take them anywhere. But, we always recommend trying them cold too because they're also great that way. 

Once you've opened one of our smoothies please consume it within 24 hours.

Is Noka Organic, Non GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free and Kosher?

Yes to all of the above.  

What allergens are in Noka and how do you prevent cross-contamination?

With our Superfood Smoothies, only our Mango Coconut flavor contain nuts (coconut), but none of our other flavors do. 

With our Superfood Nut Butters, all of our flavors contain nuts. 

Our manufacturing plant meets the highest standards (SQF) for food safety including the prevention of cross-contamination.

Route is covering the cost to neutralize shipping emissions when you add "Green Package Protection" at checkout. "Green Package Protection" Shipping includes package protection at the same cost as before, with the additional benefit that your shipment is carbon neutral. By adding Green Package Protection to your cart, you're automatically taking instant climate action – no donation required.

How does Green Package Protection/Carbon Neutral Shipping work?
Route has partnered with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Carbon credits represent a certified unit of carbon removal or avoidance delivered by environmental projects that can be purchased to naturally remove carbon from the air. Patch is a high-integrity carbon removal project that is vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve, and The American Carbon Registry.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.


For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Green Package Protection at checkout.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here File here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
